important information

check-in procedures at the hotel’s front desk must be made by the person whose name is under the booking. all guests (including children) and visitors to the hotel are required to register with a valid id/passport. check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is before 11:00. your room rate will be calculated based on the number of guests aged 12 and above staying in the room. your party must contain at least 1 adult for each room. if you'd like to reserve more than one room, please book the rooms separately or call the shanghai disney resort reservation center at 400-180-0000 (calls within the chinese mainland only) or 86-21-3158-0000.

in accordance with local regulations and as part of our commitment to protecting the planet, from july 1, 2019, shanghai disney resort hotels will no longer stock hotel rooms with disposable single-use products.

shanghai disney resort's new child ticket criteria begins october 8, 2019. your room rate will be calculated based on the number of guests aged 12 and above staying in the room.

during this initial reopening phase, the resort has instituted new measures and procedures. and to comply with relevant government requirements, we ask for guest understanding of and compliance with the following: you will be required to present a health qr code upon entering the hotels at shanghai disney resort. only guests with a green health qr code will be allowed to enter the hotels at the resort. if you are unable to present a green health qr code, you may be unable to check in. in accordance with local government directives, if you develop a fever during your stay at one of our resort hotels, you will be asked to seek medical attention at a designated medical clinic.

a park ticket is not included in the room price. if hotel guests wish to visit the park, hotel cast members will assist in handling the ticket purchase or registration procedure of valid tickets to ensure smooth entry.
