general information
1. the afternoon ticket is a dated ticket. when purchasing tickets, guests need to select the visitation date from the applicable dates indicated on the validity period calendar and can only enter the park from 15:00 on the day selected at the time of ticket purchase. the coupon included in this offer is a dated rmb 20 off dinner combo meals in selected quick service restaurants and selected quick service restaurants soft drink free upgrade voucher. the redemption date must be the date selected at the time guests purchase the “afternoon ticket food and beverage coupon” offer and can only be used on the day of visit.
2. the sales period of this product is june 19, 2021, through august 31, 2021. when a guest purchases this product, the park visitation dates available for purchase will include three consecutive days, from the date of purchase (inclusive) from which the guest may choose one day to visit. for example, if a guest wishes to purchase this product on june 19, the guest will be able to select june 19, june 20 or june 21 to visit the park. but please note, guests who purchase the product on august 30 will only be able to select august 30 and august 31 to visit the park, and guests who purchase the product on august 31 will only be able to visit the park on the same day. as a reminder, if a guest wishes to purchase this product and visit the park on the same day, the guest will need to make the purchase before 20:00 on the day. and if a guest purchases this product from 20:00-23:59 on a particular day, the guest will only be able to select the following two days to visit the park.
3. the afternoon ticket & food and beverage – child/senior can be upgraded to an afternoon ticket & food and beverage – standard after paying the difference in price on-site.
4. the product is non-changeable, non-transferrable, non-cancelable, non-refundable and the personal identification information registered at the time of purchase cannot be changed after purchase unless otherwise required by law.
5. the ticket is only available in limited quantities.

1. the rmb 20 off dinner combo meals in selected quick service restaurants in the park included in this product cannot be used in conjunction with other dining benefits (such as annual pass discount), and can only be used in the following applicable quick service restaurants in shanghai disneyland after 16:00, can enjoy a rmb20 off when you purchase a combo meal or more during the operating hours. the coupon does not apply to the purchase of birthday cakes, alcohol, specialty beverages, and service charges or any other promotion or dining package and cannot be combined with other products/services. 3. the coupons may not be redeemed for cash in whole or in part. this coupon in non-transferrable, non-refundable, unless otherwise provided by law.
4. due to capacity constraints, inclement weather, special events, safety, security or order reasons, or other circumstances, we may change the park operating hours or the opening hours of any restaurants in the park from time to time, temporarily close the park or any part of the park area, limit the number of people entering the park, and / or suspend or close any restaurants.
5. upon the guest’s visit, in order to get the rmb 20 off dinner combo meals in selected quick service restaurants and selected quick service restaurants soft drink free upgrade, guests must bind their park ticket to the shanghai disney resort official wechat account by scanning their park ticket after they have entered the park. guests can get the coupon by opening the shanghai disney resort official wechat account, clicking through ‘online booking’ - ‘my center’ – ‘coupon center’ – ‘ticket special’ to scan the qr code at the back of ticket to get the coupon. each coupon/ voucher has one qr code and can only be used once.
entry
1. shanghai disney resort is currently in a reservation phase, where all guests, including guests with a paid or complimentary ticket and shanghai disneyland annual pass holders, must make a reservation to obtain a shanghai disneyland reservation qr code via and must enter the park with a green health qr code, shanghai disneyland reservation qr code, prepaid ticket order and a china government id card, or valid travel document.
2. guests with disabilities are eligible to purchase this product with the same pricing as a child ticket/senior ticket by presenting a valid certificate or proof of disability. if a guest with disabilities wishes to purchase this product, the guest will need to contact the shanghai disney resort reservation center (by calling 400-180-0000 or 86-21-3158-0000), or visit the shanghai disneyland main entrance guest services. when entering the park, the guest will be required to present the original copy of the valid certificate or proof of disability, as well as their valid china government id card or travel document onsite.
3. guests are required to provide their valid government id/travel document/passport information and their prepaid ticket order when entering the park. guests who reserve a single ticket or a number of park tickets are required to enter the park with the rest of the ticket holders booked under their government id during their first visit.
4. guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a guest aged 16 or older to enter the park.
