テーマランド運営の初期段階では、新しいアトラクションの「ズートピア：ホット・パースート」は、途中で止まることや、運行の一時停止が想定されています。このような状況は、業界標準と最善の利用者体験に基づいて構築された乗り物システムおよびセキュリティシステムの複雑さなど、さまざまな要因によって引き起こされます。途中で停止した場合、キャスタメンバーの指示に従ってアトラクションから退出してください。復旧プロセスがすべて終了してから、アトラクションが再開されます。この過程におけるゲストのご理解、ご協力をお願いします。

how it works
your shanghai disneyland ticket serves as your disney photopass card, identifying all the digital images our photographers take of you throughout your day or stay. you can also ask any photopass photographer for a separate disney photopass card.
each time you have a photo taken, our photographer will scan your ticket or card to link pictures with your unique number. plus, at tron lightcycle power run, buzz lightyear planet rescue and pirates of the caribbean battle for the sunken treasure and zootopia: hot pursuit, we’ll capture fun photos of you while you enjoy the rides. simply scan your ticket or card when you exit the attraction to link your pictures with your disney photopass number.
to preview your digital pictures, go to any photo sales location or log on to our or mobile app. once you’ve purchased the images you want, you can then make prints, create albums and share digital copies of your photos. even after you return home, you can continue to view and download your purchased photos!
